As the CEO of IMT, I have the privilege of working with some of the greatest people I have met in over 30 years in the business. With an Engineering Technology and an Economics degree, I’ve had leadership roles in the past in Professional Services, Marketing, Engineering, and Mergers. In my free time I love being outdoors, doing photography, and helping out St. Amant who take care of people with autism and developmental disabilities.

As the COO & VP of Client Success, it’s my responsibility to oversee the administrative processes and financial systems that keep IMT humming as well as our client delivery implementation services for IMT and Partner Solutions.

I am responsible for sales both IMT and Partner Solutions to meet our clients’ most complex challenges.  I have a Masters Degree in Criminology with specialization in quantitative methods. I have also been certified by the California Department of Justice as a Crime and Intelligence Analyst. My down time is spent wrangling my two young sons.

As the VP of Business Development I have the pleasure of helping customers solve Identity-related business challenges by connecting them with IMT experts and our software partners to create a broad range of trusted data and analytics solutions. I’m an Electrical Engineer by training and worked in healthcare IT for 14 years before joining IMT in 2008. Outside of work I love to run and bake bread – especially sourdough!

I joined IMT in 2016 and as VP Client Experience am responsible for IMT Client Account Management,  Cloud & Managed Support Services and IMT Offerings (OQM, Insight:ID, Persisted:ID).  I have over 20 years of definition, delivery and operations of healthcare focused solutions data including MDM, Care Management and Population Health.  In my spare time, I enjoy spoiling my dog, drinking craft beer, cooking, seeing live music and  watching independent/foreign films.

As Director of Innovation, I lead the development of advanced solutions to tackle complex technical and business challenges. I have been a Sr Solutions Architect at IMT since 2007 and am certified in IBM InfoSphere MDM and HL7.  I received a B. Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba where I specialized in AI and Computer Graphics.  I am passionate about Machine Learning and Data Science and enjoy researching the latest technologies and prototyping ideas.

I have a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Manitoba. In 2007 I started as an intern at IMT’s sister company Novra, but was seduced to the dark side of healthcare and started working for IMT. Starting in R&D, I now work with clients to customize our solutions to their specific needs. In my spare time I enjoy Biking and cooking.

I have been with IMT since 2011 as a Sr. Solutions Architect and Client Success Delivery Lead, and now leading the advisory services group. My career has been in healthcare informatics area since 2001 and have focused much of my career in MDM implementation and optimization, clinical application integration (including diagnostic services), healthcare technical strategic roadmaps and clinical business workflow optimizations. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science as well as a multitude of IBM Application Certifications. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, travel, photography, hockey and golf.

With over 30+ years of experience in the leadership and implementation of Healthcare systems in the IT sector, I bring a wealth of technical and business knowledge in the MDM Identity Management domains, Integration and Data Governance. Outside of work I love to garden, cook and look forward to weekends at the cabin.

I began with IMT in 2008 and am currently Director of Architecture & Methodology . I bring 15+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Java Developer, and Infrastructure Specialist to my current role, setting internal delivery standards as well as working with clients to understand and solve their business challenges. Outside of work, I volunteer with my local community association.

I have had the privilege of being a part of the IMT family for over 20 years working with a large number of different clients across a variety of industry segments. I have experience as a software developer, technical consultant, solution architect and the business of professional services. My current role allows me to use my technical skills and business experience to build lasting relationships with our clients.

I have been with of IMT for over 20 years. I help clients solve database management problems and provide solutions across a variety of applications from avalanche forecasting to aircraft deployment systems. I have a BSc in Mathematics & Astronomy and a BScEE Electrical Engineering. I am a professional engineer registered with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba. Outside of work I coach hockey, teach kids to play baseball, and serve on several community boards.

Since 2008 I have been helping our clients deliver successful MDM implementations, all across North America. I also work with potential clients to tailor solutions meeting their present and future needs. I hold a BA in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, as well as several industry certifications in MDM, XDS, and HL7. Outside of work, I love playing sports, enjoying a good meal, following the latest tech, and travelling the world.

I have been part of the IMT family since 2016. As a Senior Solution Architect, I help clients with Installation/Upgrade of IBM MDM stack and implement custom solutions to support MDM. I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree, Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. Outside of work, I like to dabble in amateur astronomy and digital photography.

I joined IMT in 2021 and previously worked with MDM for a HIE to manage their MPI starting in 2014.  I managed all aspects of MDM from server, upgrades, database, algorithm changes, and data steward tasks. I have a Ph.D. in chemistry and have worked in healthcare IT for over 10 years. Outside of work my wife and I dance and enjoy watching our son play baseball.

I’ve been a member of the IMT family since 1994.  I’m in my element when asked to invent unique software solutions in a timely fashion.  This may partially be due to my upbringing on a grain farm.  I code like it’s harvest time, which is the best time of the year.  Some people call me “The Redneck Yuppie” due to my varied interests including technology, farming, sushi and Nascar.​

As a Solution Architect, my role on the team is to support both clients and IMT staff with IBM MDM and IMT certified solutions. I recently graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2015 with a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and I am now pursuing a Professional Engineering designation. In my spare time, I like to tinker with electronics, design small embedded systems, and enjoy taking long walks outside with my beagle.

As a Solution Architect,  I am responsible for configuration, customization and deployment of IBM MDM solutions and other IMT certified solutions for our clients. I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2017 with a B.Sc. in Computer Science. In my spare time I enjoy camping, playing hockey, and cooking.

I’ve enjoyed helping clients overcome technical challenges for over 28 years and look forward to many more. I have very strong skills in analysis, architecture and software development. I have a bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, as well as numerous IBM product certifications. I am the proud father of four teenagers and enjoy watching them play sports. I enjoy cycling, golf and curling.

I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2009 with a degree in Computer Science and have been working at IMT ever since. As a senior software developer, my job primarily involves software development and support. I also have experience in IBM InfoSphere MDM and IBM BPM. If it makes loud noises and/or goes fast, I’m probably interested in it.

I bring over 15 years of experience in enterprise IT operations to IMT. Most of mu career I’ve spent on keeping systems running and up to date for Insurance and IT services corporations. My main skill is maintaining operating systems and application servers running Linux and Java. I’m currently helping IMT roll-out solutions that are business process driven.

I joined IMT in 2024 as Technical Account Manager, responsible for being a bridge between our clients’ requirements, enhancements,  and translating and solving technical issues with the professional services team.  I bring 20+ years of implementation and management of industry leading MDM solutions, as well as homegrown MDM solution development.  Outside of work, I spend time working on home projects, meditating and learning to play music.

In my role as a Support Analyst, I enjoy solving problems and providing support to anyone who may need it. I have over 16 years of experience in troubleshooting support soft and hardware. I am with IMT since 2021. Outside of work, I enjoy gadgets, automatics/robotics, and board games.

I joined IMT USA in 2013, but my MDM journey started in 2006 as lead instructor for MDM at Initiate Systems (now IBM). I hold BA & MA degrees in Communication Studies from Ball State University and studied Improvisational Comedy at the Players’ Workshop of Second City. Outside of work, I volunteer with Cub Scouts, coach high school speech, and do ‘pro bono’ consulting for non-profit arts organizations in Chicagoland.

I joined IMT as the first US employee in 2012.  After a brief hiatus, I am happy to be back as a Solution Architect.  I have been delivering MDM solutions since 2006, mainly with clients in the healthcare sector.  I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Marketing degree, and started my career in financial services.  Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, watching k-dramas, eating (while watching k-dramas) and hanging out with friends & family.

I joined IMT in 2023 as a Sr. Technical Project Manager. My responsibilities include brainstorming, planning, resourcing, and managing projects. My background is as a product/project management in various industries, including healthcare wellness and patient experience, MDM for product data, and the Internet of Things (IoT). I enjoy walking in nature, sailing, beginning-level fly fishing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle when not working.

I joined IMT in 2022 as a Technical Consultant, with a degree in Computing Science and 8+ years of full-stack development experience in the background. I have worked for and worked with companies of different sectors. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, baking, and floristry.

I joined IMT as a Technical Analyst with a responsibility to implement, innovate and deliver best solutions which can address the business needs of our clients. I have earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and AEC (Attestation d’études collégiales) in IT programming from LaSalle College, Montreal. I love to keep myself updated with latest technological changes. I spend my spare time in cooking and learning new recipes.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science from University of Winnipeg with minor in Mathematics. I joined IMT in May 2023 as a full-time Technical Analyst. Prior to joining full-time, I was a summer intern at IMT and got hands-on experience on several projects in the University. Through IMT, I pursue my passion for learning, leveraging technology to make a positive impact in the Health Sector. Besides work, I like to spend time with loved ones and explore new places.

I’m responsible for People & Culture at IMT. Additionally, I support IMT’s Operations and Finance Analysts in their roles. My downtime includes spending time with my family, baking and reading.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a post-degree diploma in Marketing Management, and bring over 10 years of expertise in sales and marketing. I joined IMT in August 2024. I am passionate about continuous learning and innovation. I work like a sponge at IMT, absorbing knowledge and insights and striving to drive business growth and achieve impactful results.

At IMT I handle the finance and accounting operations. Outside of work, I love doing random things. My interests are painting, poetry, writing, reading, yoga, photography, and driving.
