Brian holds degrees in Economics and Management from the University of Manitoba and Electronic Engineering Technology from Red River College.

Brian Eckhardt has served as CEO for IMT since 2004 and has 35 years of experience in the healthcare and telecom industries working in sales, consulting, engineering, marketing, mergers & acquisitions, and executive positions.

Brian is recognized for his strong leadership, innovative thinking, and ability to execute.

John is an Biomedical Engineer by training and holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Manitoba.

John has an extensive career in Healthcare, with over 30 years of experience in care delivery technology, information technology and IT Management before joining IMT in 2008.

John’s background has allowed him to create and deliver innovative, identity driven business solutions for customers in Canada, the United States and internationally.

Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Criminology specializing in Quantitative Methods and is certified by the California Department of Justice as a Crime and Intelligence Analyst. Mark also holds the Queens Commission as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces.

Mark has been with IMT since 2011 and leads the pre-sales team with almost 20 years of experience with Healthcare, Law Enforcement, Integrated Justice, Threat and Fraud.

Mark is known for his ability to work closely with customers to establish requirements to deliver comprehensive solutions that address complex business problems.

Graham holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor and is certified as a Financial and Canadian Securities Analyst.

Graham has been with IMT since 2012 and manages the financial and operations aspects of IMT.

Graham has worked in the finance, banking and law enforcement industries and is recognized for his strong problem solving skills and his ability to communicate complex concepts.

Raja holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India.

Raja has been with IMT since 2005 and has over 30 years in IT with particular focus in Healthcare, Telecomm and Banking in various aspects of Software Development – from Requirements Analysis, Architecture and Design, Deployment, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity to Project Management.

Raja is recognized for his ability to work with clients and develop solutions based on customer requirements.
