IMT has successfully completed the requirements for Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 2 compliance. SOC 2 is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) which verified IMT’s objectives and processes meet relevant trust principles for security, availability, and privacy of client and internal data.  

BDO issued IMT’s SOC2 Type 2 report in March 2022 after completion of an in-depth audit and evaluation of IMT’s security practices, controls, procedures, and documentation.  Clients and partners with compliance requirements may request a copy of this report from IMT at admin@imt.ca. IMT received SOC2 Type 1 compliance in May 2021.

IMT’s ongoing compliance with SOC2 procedures will be assessed annually to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
