With an Engineering Technology and an Economics degree, I’ve had leadership roles in the past in Professional Services, Marketing, Engineering, and Mergers.
In my free time I love being outdoors, doing photography, and helping out St. Amant who take care of people with autism and developmental disabilities.

I’m an Electrical Engineer by training, and have extensive career experience in healthcare, having worked in healthcare IT for 14 years before joining IMT in 2008. Outside of work I love to run and bake bread. Ask me about my sourdough!
I am responsible for supporting our sales team with industry specific assets during presales engagements. This includes product demonstrations, presentations and associated collateral. I have a Masters Degree in Criminology with specialization in quantitative methods. I have also been certified by the California Department of Justice as a Crime and Intelligence Analyst. My down time is spent wrangling my two young sons.
As the Vice President of Operations and Finance it's my responsibility to oversee the administrative processes and financial systems that keep IMT humming.
As the VP of Sales, it's my pleasure to work with customers to find creative solutions to their identity-related business challenges. I have experience as a software developer, technical consultant, solution architect and the business of professional services. My current role allows me to use my technical skills and business experience to build lasting relationships with our clients.

I have been a part of IMT since 2005. With nearly 30 years of consulting experience under my belt in Healthcare and Finance in various countries around the globe, I have been helping IMT deliver interesting and innovative solutions using Master Data Management, BigData and Data Science techniques to address clients’ business requirements.
Outside of work, I love gardening in summer months and reading and long walks during the long cold Canadian winters.
I work with clients to create technology strategies, solve complex issues, create value, and improve business objectives. I have 28+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 26 years in the Health IT sector within Canada.
I possess strong technical, and business knowledge in Systems Integration, Integration Architecture, Registries (Person and Provider Registries), Clinical Information Systems, Electronic Heath Records solutions, Solutions Architecture, Clinical Data Repositories, and Clinical Data Management.
My interests outside of work are camping, fishing, and gardening.
In my role at IMT, I get to direct our product development team and transition our internally-developed technologies into commercial products. I have Bachelor and Master degrees in Electrical Engineering along with 25+ years of experience developing hardware and software based products for the Telecom, Satcom and MDM industries. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through cycling and playing hockey. I also find time to craft my own spirits (beer and wine) and am helping establish a local micro-distillery.
I have been a part of IMT for over 20 years. I help clients solve database management problems. I provide full solutions over a wide variety of applications from avalanche forecasting to aircraft deployment systems. I have a BSc in Mathematics and Astronomy and a BScEE Electrical Engineering. I am a professional engineer registered with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba. Outside of work I coach hockey, teach kids to play baseball, and serve on several community boards.
I joined IMT in 2011 and currently maintain 2 roles: Solution Architect and Delivery Lead. I work with clients in multiple industries to analyze, design & implement comprehensive technology-based solutions and define practice standards within IMT to ensure exceptional quality of service across our team. I’ve earned my Bachelor of Computer Science as well as a multitude of IBM Application Certifications. Outside of work, some of my many passions are Family time, Travel, Photography, & Golf.
I began with IMT in 2008 and am currently a Delivery Lead. With over fourteen (14) years professional experience, I have held a variety of roles including Solution Architect, Lead Java Developer, and Infrastructure Specialist. My current role involves setting delivery standards for IMT as well as working with clients to understand their business challenges and how MDM fits into a solution that overcomes these challenges. Outside of work, I volunteer with my local community association.
I joined IMT USA in 2013, but my MDM journey started in 2006 when I became the lead instructor for Master Data Management at Initiate Systems (now IBM). I hold BA & MA degrees in Communication Studies from Ball State University and also studied Improvisational Comedy at the Players’ Workshop of the Second City. Outside of work, I volunteer with Cub Scouts, coach High School Speech, and do 'pro bono' consulting for non-profit arts organizations around Chicago.
Since 2008 I have been helping our clients deliver successful MDM implementations, all across North America. I also work with potential clients to tailor solutions meeting their present and future needs.
I hold a BA in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, as well as several industry certifications in MDM, XDS, & HL7.
Outside of work, I love playing sports, enjoying a good meal, following the latest tech, and travelling the world.
In my role as a solutions architect, I have enjoyed helping clients solve their technical and business problems since 2007. My industry certifications include IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management and HL7. I have a B. Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba where I specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Graphics. I enjoy doing research on the latest technologies and prototyping ideas.

I am the proud father of four teenagers and enjoy watching them play sports. I enjoy cycling, golf and curling.
I joined IMT as a Software Developer in 2017, bringing Master’s degree in Computer Science and a broad range of software development experience from several industries including BPO (US, Canada & Pakistan); Urban Planning, GIS, Public Services (Middle East); UAV (Canada); and Tourism, Oil and Gas (Australia). As a part of the Software Development group I contribute to the product development activities in all areas including Frontend, Backend and DBMS. On the side, I am a Super VIP member of the United Gaming Community. I also like playing cricket and have been serving BlackHawks Cricket Club as a fast bowler for two years.
As a technical Analyst at IMT my job varies from providing MDM knowledge and expertise, to software development services, to helping support client issues. I graduated from the Computer Science Co-op program at the University of Manitoba in 2009 and have technical certifications from Forcare and from IBM for InfoSphere Master Data Management. If it makes loud noises and/or goes fast, I’m probably interested in it.
I have a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Manitoba. In 2007 I started as an intern at IMT’s sister company Novra, but was seduced to the dark side of healthcare and started working for IMT. Starting in R&D, I now work with clients to customize our solutions to their specific needs. In my spare time I enjoy Biking and cooking.
I've been a member of the IMT family since 1994. I'm in my element when asked to invent unique software solutions in a timely fashion. This may partially be due to my upbringing on a grain farm. I code like it’s harvest time, which is the best time of the year. Some people call me "The Redneck Yuppie" due to my varied interests including technology, farming, sushi and Nascar."

I work as a Support Analyst at IMT. My job is to provide timely and satisfactory support to our clients and internal staff.
Prior to joining IMT, I worked at Infosys Technologies, Limited for over two years. I have completed the Technology Management program from Red River College, and hold a Masters of Computer Applications and Bachelors of Computer Applications from India.
Outside of work hours, I love going to the gym.
As a Technical Analyst, my role on the team is to support both clients and IMT staff with IBM MDM and IMT certified solutions. I recently graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2015 with a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and I am now pursuing a Professional Engineering designation.
In my spare time, I like to tinker with electronics, design small embedded systems, and enjoy taking long walks outside with my beagle.
I’m a Sales Engineer at IMT, based in Toronto. My role is to deliver demos to potential clients as well as to see project implementations from their conception all the way to completion. Since 2006 I have worked in Healthcare and Master Data Management.
I hold an Engineering degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, specializing in Computer Science.

Outside office hours, I like to work on my fitness blog, lift weights and do Yoga. Exploring new places is my all-time favorite thing to do.
