IMT has successfully completed the requirements for Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 compliance. SOC 2 is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) which verified IMT’s objectives and processes meet relevant trust principles for security, availability, and privacy of client data.  

BDO issued IMT’s SOC2 Type 1 report in May 2021 after completion of an in-depth audit and evaluation of IMT’s security practices, controls, procedures, and documentation.  Clients and partners with compliance requirements may request a copy of this report from IMT at admin@imt.ca.

IMT plans to achieve SOC 2 Type 2 certification by the end of December 2021 as a part of our ongoing dedication to data security for our implementation and managed solution offerings.
